|
|
What: Daffodil Day - Cancer Council's annual fundraising event that gives hope for a brighter, cancer-free future.
When: Friday, 27 August, 2010.
Why: One in every two Australians gets cancer. So no matter who you are, Daffodil Day is for you.
How: Getting involved is easy. Wear yellow to school on Daffodil Day and have everyone make a gold coin donation, or register to sell Daffodil Day gifts. Just ask your teachers and parents for permission first!
If you think the one in two people who gets cancer is one too many, then get your school to show their support this Daffodil Day and help reduce the impact of cancer in Australia.
Schools wanting to receive a Dress Yellow for Daffodil Day kit or register to sell merchandise should either call 1300 65 65 85 or visit www.daffodilday.com.au
